As Paul’s work of telling others the Good News about the wonderful grace of God (Acts 20:24) was coming to an end, he warned the elders and leaders about those who will arise that would try place them back under a mixture of law and grace. How were the new believers to discern when preachers and teachers were preaching a mixture of grace and law? After all, Romans 6:14 states, “We are not under law but grace!”
